The data we collect and how we use it

In effect from October 2026.

What we collect

This site only collects what you enter in the contact form: your name, the name of your school, a WhatsApp number or email, and your message. The site does not use advertising trackers.

What it is used for

To reply to your message and arrange a consultation. We do not sell data or share it with others for marketing.

Where it is kept

Messages from the form are sent to our mailbox and processed through Google Cloud services.

How long it is kept

If the conversation does not lead to an engagement, we delete your message no later than 12 months after the last message.

Children's data

Please do not send children's personal data through the form or WhatsApp. During an audit we look at the shape of the data in your school and how it moves, and we do not copy children's personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data by emailing admin@workwb.my.id.
