Pilot programme
A process audit at no cost for our first schools
WorkWB is a new business. We have no case studies yet, and the honest way to get them is to work first without being paid.
What you get
- A consultation and an audit of your admin processes at no cost.
- A written report with a workflow map and proposed improvements.
- No obligation to continue to a paid package.
What we ask
- Time from the principal and one or two teachers for interviews.
- Written permission before we write up the result as a case study. You may ask us to keep the school anonymous.
- Frank feedback on what was useful and what was not.
Who can apply
Preschools, kindergartens, playgroups, RA and daycares in and around Bekasi. We limit the number so each school gets our full attention.
During an audit we do not copy children's personal data. We only need to see the shape of the data and how it moves.
