By phone, video call or in person. You tell us which admin work takes the most time. We tell you whether we can help.
Process audit as a trial
We map your school's admin workflow and measure the time it takes. You receive a written report that is still useful if you decide not to continue.
Package proposal
Based on the audit we propose a scope, a schedule and a price. There is no fixed price list because schools vary so much in size.
Delivery
We build the data format and automation in stages, starting with the work that takes the most time. Teachers try the result at every stage.
Handover
We train the people who will use the system and hand over a written guide. The data and the system belong to your school.
How a package is sized
The price follows two things: the size of the school and the complexity of its data.
