The work that is not on the timetable
Small schools rarely have office staff. The work falls to teachers and the principal, usually after the children have gone home.
- The same data is typed again into several books and files.
- Reports for the education office or the foundation are written at night.
- Tuition payments are matched one by one against bank statements.
- Only one person knows where the files are and what is in them.

Data standardisation
One source of data for students, attendance and payments. Other books and reports draw from that source.
Automation
Recaps, reminders and routine reports are produced by the system. Teachers only have to check the result.

We are new and do not have a client list yet. So we are offering a consultation and process audit at no cost to a small number of schools in and around Bekasi.
